About Winning Spirit Schools
Winning Spirit schools are located in Terrat, Arusha. It is a home of pre, primary and secondary schools. Winning Spirit Pre & Primary School is a day school with registration number EM.19516.
While Winning Spirit secondary school is a co-educational school with registration number S.3560 of the year 2007. It is a boarding school for Ordinary and Advanced levels (Form I - VI). In the O – Level , subjects taught are Book Keeping, Civics, Geography, Basic Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Commerce, English. History, Kiswahili and Physics. Advanced level combinations are ECA, HGE, HGL, PCB, PGM, CBG, EGM, HGK, HKL and PCM.

1. Good academic performance
The first goal of the school, parent/guardian, student and society in general is to see that the student does well academically in all his exams, especially the final ones. This has been our first priority since the establishment of Winning Spirit Secondary School. Every year the school has continued to do well in form II, IV and VI final examinations under the examination council (NECTA).
2. Good environment for studying
Because the main goal of our school is to see students pass in their exams in order to achieve their dreams, with a sincere intention the school has invested in a good infrastructure that enables the student to study comfortably. Science labs, computer labs, libraries, modern classrooms, ICT facilities, dining halls, dormitories, laundry areas, toilets, bathrooms, and playgrounds are the infrastructure that enables students to enjoy their presence at WSSS.
3. The best staff
It is very difficult to have good students if there are no good teachers and other non-teaching staff to guide students on the right path in their daily life at school. WSSS has dedicated teachers who ensure that students do well academically and disciplinary. Matrons and Patrons are there 24/7 to ensure that students have good behavior even during non-study hours. The matron of the school is also a professional nurse, so she attends to students who have health problems. If the health condition becomes worse, the sick student is taken to the hospital outside the school. The parent/guardian is also notified.
4. Entrepreneurial education
Following various changes in the world, especially the shortage of employment opportunities, WSSS has seen that something must be done to help the student to be able to see every opportunity that arises. WSSS students are given entrepreneurial education and as well as self-reliance. The current generation has many challenges caused by the growth of technology, so a great effort is needed to prevent young people from getting caught in the existing trap.
5. Talent development
It should be noted that Tanzanian international athletes, Alphonce Simbu and Failuna Abdi, were students of WSSS. The list of sportsmen/women, artists and other talents who have passed WSSS is very long. One of the identities of WSSS is its talent development. Parents/guardians, please make the right decisions that you will not regret by bringing your son/daughter to WSSS to develop their talent.
6. Reasonable fees
Along with entrepreneurship education and talent development, WSSS has not increased the fees to teach these important things. Our fee is paid in installments thus bringing relief to the parent/guardian to pay. We always give value for every Tsh paid.
